Fantastic view from the rooftop terrace but the shower needed renovation due to leaking.

The acoustics in the hotel leave much to be desired. the thin windows allow street noise to seep in, disrupting sleep. The cleanliness standards are concerning—dust on the floors and stains on slippers detract from comfort. Additionally, the bedsheets contained short black hairs, raising questions about the overall hygiene practices. The cramped nature of the room, exacerbated by a square pillar, makes moving around a challenge. For tech-savvy travelers, finding a suitable workspace for a laptop is nearly impossible.

where do i start? the room was absoultely tiny, and i was shocked that the air conditioning didn’t work. i asked for a room change, but my wishes seemed to be inconvenient. the staff barely helped, their rudeness just stand out! i almost considered giving a good review untill i noticed the dirty shower head with mold.

i had a wonderful stay at kartal palace taksim square family. the location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the havabus stop. i loved having breakfast by the window with a stunning view of taksim square. the room was cleaned daily, and the service was excellent, especially with the staff handling my luggage.

Lovely hotel, splendid location, as the hotel is just 200 meters from Taksim and offers a fantastic outdoor dining area where we enjoyed a nice breakfast on the terrace floor during our stay.
